Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SuperTurno platform, operated by Verix LLC, whether as a business client (barbershop, beauty salon, aesthetics center) or as an end user (a business's customer booking appointments), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and by the SuperTurno Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
2. Description of the service
SuperTurno is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables barbershops, beauty salons, and aesthetics centers to manage their clients' appointment bookings via WhatsApp.
The service includes:
- Automated WhatsApp chatbot for appointment management
- Administration panel (dashboard) for business configuration and management
- Automated confirmations, reminders, and notifications via WhatsApp
- Schedule, service, and professional management
- Analytics and reporting tools
SuperTurno operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta Platforms, Inc. The use of WhatsApp as a communication channel is subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies and terms.
3. Registration and account
- Business clients: To use SuperTurno, the business must register by providing truthful and complete information. The business is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its access credentials.
- End users: End users do not need to create an account. They interact with the service through WhatsApp using their phone number.
- The user agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. SuperTurno reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Use of chatbots and artificial intelligence
- SuperTurno uses automated chatbots with artificial intelligence as an auxiliary tool to facilitate appointment management via WhatsApp.
- The user is informed that they are interacting with an automated system. Artificial intelligence is a means to facilitate appointment booking, not the primary functionality of the service.
- Human escalation: At all times, the user has the option to request assistance from a human agent. The chatbot will inform this option when appropriate.
- Automated responses are based on information provided by the business client (services, schedules, professionals, availability). SuperTurno does not guarantee that chatbot responses will always be accurate or complete.
5. Consent for WhatsApp messages
- By using the WhatsApp appointment booking service, the user grants consent to receive service-related messages, including: appointment confirmations, reminders, change notifications, and support messages.
- The user may revoke their consent at any time by sending "PARAR" or "STOP" to the business's WhatsApp number, or by contacting [email protected].
- Revoking consent may result in the inability to use certain service features that depend on WhatsApp communication.
6. User obligations
The user agrees to:

- Not send spam, illegal, offensive, threatening, or discriminatory content via WhatsApp
- Not use the service for purposes other than appointment and booking management

7. Liability for transactions
- SuperTurno facilitates booking management between business clients and their end users. The business client is solely responsible for the provision of its services (haircuts, treatments, etc.) and for any commercial transaction with its clients.
- WhatsApp and Meta Platforms are not responsible for transactions carried out through SuperTurno. Any claim related to the business's services must be directed to the corresponding business.

- SuperTurno shall not be liable for damages arising from temporary service interruptions, including missed or unnotified appointments during periods of unavailability.

12. Suspension and termination
- SuperTurno may suspend or cancel access to the service in case of: breach of these terms, fraudulent or abusive use, non-payment, request from Meta/WhatsApp, or for legal reasons.
- The user may cancel their account at any time by contacting [email protected].
- After cancellation, the user's data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy (data retention section).
13. Plans and pricing
- SuperTurno offers different subscription plans whose prices and features are detailed on the website or during the contracting process.
- WhatsApp Business API messaging costs (charged by Meta) are independent of the SuperTurno subscription. Each business client is responsible for paying for utility messages sent through the WhatsApp platform, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.
