Data Deletion Request
SuperTurno respects your right to control your personal data. You can request data deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, you can use any of the following methods:
1. By email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including:
- Your full name
- Your registered WhatsApp phone number
- The name of the business (barbershop/salon) you interacted with
2. By WhatsApp
Send a message to the WhatsApp number of the business where you made your bookings, requesting the deletion of your data.
What data is deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- Your name and contact information from our systems
- Your appointment and booking history
- Conversation messages stored on our platform
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Certain data may be retained where required by law:
- Billing records (tax obligations under Argentine law)
- Data required for the resolution of pending disputes
- Records requested by competent authorities
Processing time
Your request will be processed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
Important notice
Deletion of data from SuperTurno's servers does not affect any data that WhatsApp/Meta may retain under their own privacy policies. To request data deletion from Meta, please refer to their policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
